THREADFX 2D

ThreadFX 2D is a heat transfer logo solution that creates a clean embroidery-style appearance with a flat surface structure. It offers the visual character of embroidery while maintaining the efficiency of heat transfer application.

Unlike ThreadFX 3D, this version has a flat surface without raised textured details, resulting in a lighter and more subtle logo while still preserving the textile-inspired look.

ThreadFX 2D logos are produced using a high-durability water-based Offset printed heat transfer process, creating a flexible structure that moves naturally with the fabric and offers strong resistance to washing and wear.

Compared to real embroidery, ThreadFX 2D provides a significant cost advantage and avoids the issues embroidery can cause on lightweight fabrics. 
ThreadFX 2D logos are commonly used on teamwear, sportswear, football jerseys, corporate apparel, school uniforms, and promotional clothing. They can also be applied on caps, bags, outerwear, and other accessories, as well as decorative branding details placed on different parts of a garment or as product labels for branding purposes.
