TPU
TPU heat transfers are made from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane, available in matte, gloss, hologram, metallic finishes, and more. They are known for their high tension, strong stretchability, and excellent durability, adding depth and texture to garments.
SILICONE
Silicone 3D heat transfers are made by stacking multiple layers of silicone at different heights, creating detailed structures and depth. They can also be produced in a single color for a more minimal look. In this quality, designs can be developed not only as badges but also as text or logo based applications.
FABRIFLEX
FabriFlex heat transfers merge premium tatami fabric with silicone printing, delivering a rich textured feel and an elegant, high-end finish that enhances both visual impact and garment quality.
ECOFLEX
EcoFlex heat transfers are developed as an alternative to our TPU range, specifically designed to meet low-quantity orders. They do not involve additional costs such as molding fees and offer a visual appearance similar to TPU. Production is limited to CMYK colors only, and the material is EVA.
THREADFX 3D
ThreadFX 3D is a textured heat transfer made from EVA material. Developed as an alternative to embroidery, it creates an embroidery-like look through its surface texture and embroidery-simulated printing effects. It is ideal for low-quantity orders and has no molding cost.
THREADFX 2D
ThreadFX 2D is a premium water-based offset printed heat transfer developed to create a realistic embroidery-like effect in a fully 2D format. Although the badge is flat, the specialized printing technique simulates depth, thread direction, and stitch texture, delivering a convincing 3D embroidery appearance.
RUBBER
Our rubber patches are made from soft, flexible rubber and deliver outstanding quality with vibrant, eye-catching colours. They are ideal for clothing, backpacks, and bags. In addition to being suitable for sewing, they can also be produced as heat transfers or with Velcro backing for versatile application options.
EMBROIDERY
Our embroidery badges combine the authentic look of traditional embroidery with the efficiency of heat press application. The badge is produced using real embroidered threads, then finished with a heat-activated backing for easy and secure garment application.
